Consistency is everything for a coffee shop. Last week, I had one of the best nitro coffees I've had in a long time. Perfect foam, great texture, excellent flavor. It was good enough to bring me back. This week, I got something that looked like laundry water. Not even remotely close to what I was served before. I politely pointed it out to the barista, and he couldn't have cared less. To make matters worse, they also got my order wrong. I gave this place a second chance because of how good my first visit was. Unfortunately, the second visit showed me the first one was probably luck. I was excited to become a regular customer. After this experience, I don't think I'll be back. L

The coffee shop has potential, the set up is really cute and I love the decor. Just sucks that the staff and service suck. The girls never seem to be happy to attend you. I gave it a second try today and the girls didn’t even say thank you, which is literally common& basic customer service etiquette. I love trying new coffee places, it just sucks that this coffee shop didn’t work out for me being so close to home and work.

When my husband first brought me to this place I was delighted at the service and the atmosphere and the coffee and drinks are amazing. Have been here many times and started trying breakfast items. First sandwich I tried was well-made and delicious. I came back with my husband another time and the energy and atmosphere was much different. And they made a breakfast sandwich that was delicious but like someone had just slopped it together with no care. It was hardly assembled. I don’t think it’s that hard to get eggs and an English muffin and make it accessible to eat with out completely disassembling… I’ve come back for another drink and breakfast sandwich and it’s just so disappointing to be served something that I have to completely reassemble. Maybe I think we should care about our food in food service. Because if I were making it I would want my customer to feel attracted and wanting of it. Not baffled and wondering if there isn’t some blatant offense. I’ll post a picture for reference. But honestly I’m just sad about it because I really love the drinks and the menu here. :/

Very delicious coffee and eats! I got a banana mocha and it was perfectly subtle, not too sweet. The staff is so friendly, too. They seemed to actually want to chat and recommend items because they like to, not because they have to. It is a little on the expensive side, but I think it is worth it if you want a good start to the day.

I was craving a matcha and this was nearby and it was worth the trip. I just ordered a hot matcha latte with almond milk, sweetened with honey. It was delicious, the right temperature and flavor. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.
